Welcome to PIIK's assets page! This is your unified vault where you build your Professional Proof portfolio. Think of this as your Proof locker - the place where you feed the system your resume, achievements, and certifications that Prove your Worth to potential employers.
Refresh Your Library
Click the refresh button at the top right of the page to update your asset library. Right below, the Strategic alignment section shows the status of your profile optimization. When all gaps are resolved, you'll see a checkmark confirming your profile is Well-aligned and Ready for opportunity matching.
Master Profile
Your master profile sets the base for your Talent profile. This is where you upload your resume. Once uploaded, this becomes the foundational document for all Strategic analysis.
Performance Review
Performance review captures qualitative Wins and Achievements. Paste your performance review content into the text area to inject your accomplishments into the system.
Industry Awards
Industry award captures your High-value market differentiators. These are your awards, accolades, and unique achievements that Set You Apart from the competition. Paste award content and save to strengthen your positioning.
Core Competencies
Your core competencies display shows your technical skills as tags flowing in from your uploaded assets. Skills merge automatically from your documents — high-level core competencies from your resume's Core Competencies section take priority, followed by enriched technical skills from tech_dna, then raw technical stack items. Verified skills show a checkmark indicator. The signal indicator confirms when your profile is ready for matching.
Asset Library Management
The Asset Library displays all your uploaded documents in an organized list with full search capabilities. You'll also get completion percentages, tiers, and indexed skills extracted from each document.
